AKADEMIYA2063 and the Rwanda Ministry of Agriculture and Animal Resources (MINAGRI) will work to strengthen institutional and technical capacities of MINAGRI for data generation and analysis as well as for evidence-based policy planning, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation.

As part of the partnership, AKADEMIYA2063 will work with MINAGRI to first assess MINAGRI’s capacity in policy and program design and implementation and then develop and implement a comprehensive five-year capacity strengthening strategy.

Dr. Ousmane Badiane, Executive Chairperson, and M. Joseph Nyirimina, Senior National Director at AKADEMIYA2063 have stressed the centrality of this type of partnership.
