AgriBridge is an African-German policy network for sustainable agrifood systems, jointly facilitated by Welthungerhilfe (WHH) and AKADEMIYA2063. AgriBridge connects African research organizations, the private sector, farmer organizations, and civil society, and supports German and African policymakers with evidence and dialogue to inform political and investment decisions for the transformation of agrifood systems.
During this launch event, stakeholder discussions will focus on two policy objectives:
(i) German government efforts to advance the integration of foreign trade promotion and development cooperation.
(ii) The African Union Kampala Agenda, which has defined new policy priorities guiding Africa’s agrifood systems from 2026 onward.
